BEEF ROUND

Approximately 15 to 25 lbs total. You may choose more than one option.

(1/2 steak feeds 1 to 3, whole steak feeds 3-5. Will be packaged as a 1/2 or whole.)


STEAKS
Thickness:
(One whole steak approx. 2 servings. Minimum two servings per package.)

You have a choice between T-Bone or New York Strip Steak/Filet, but not both.

You may choose Ribeye and Prime Rib Roast together.
Rib steak must be chosen alone.

If you select "No Roasts," roasts will automatically be ground into burger.

If one or more of the above three items are not checked, that meat is ground into ground beef.

If we do not receive instructions for the following three items prior to slaughter, they will not be saved.
Specialty Products


(minimum 5 lbs.)
Comes from round and will take away from round steak, tenderized round, and cube steak.


5 to 15 lbs from Half of Beef. Packaged in 1 lb packages.

JERKY
(ground and formed)



Whole muscle jerky is sliced from the rounds and will take away from the round steak, tenderized round, and /or cube steak. 15 pounds is the maximum amount you will get from a half of beef depending on the carcass size.
