While we do not cater we will take care of the cooking for you
ahead of time . . .
We can cook for any occasion with as little as 3 days notice
on orders of 50 lbs. or less of cooked product.

For larger orders please give us at least one week's notice.
We also can order salads in bulk at extremely reasonable prices.

Serving suggestion . . .

When serving meat on sandwiches we usually plan on 1 pound of meat making 5 sandwiches.
One hundred (100) sandwiches will require 20 pounds of meat.

This would be a cost of $85.50 for beef and $73.80 for pork for the meat only.
