Chops

You can choose no more than two of the following options:

If we do not receive instructions for the following three items prior to slaughter, they will not be saved.

You will receive 2 hocks when you choose cured and smoked ham. Check here to receive 2 more hocks.

Whole Smoked Picnic Ham*
HOW MANY?
If you choose "YES" this will take from your pork steak and roast.
Smoked Pork Chops*
"Half" will take half of your fresh pork chops.
"All" take all of your fresh pork chops.
