We are NOT taking carcass deer.
We are taking boneless deer trim (must be 100% boneless) all year long.
Remember, your boneless deer must be in clear, food grade bags. No trash bags or shopping bags. We will NOT take your boneless deer trim if it is not in a food grade bag.
We do not cut steaks from your boneless trim.
We must have the contact information of the permit holder when you drop off your deer trim.
